Plant Operations

The Plant Operations team at Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) is responsible for overseeing the efficient and reliable operation of the cooperative's power generation facilities. This includes managing day-to-day plant activities, optimizing performance, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and coordinating with other teams to maintain the seamless delivery of electricity. The team is composed of roles such as Plant General Manager, Plant Managers, Operations Manager, and Control Room Operator, each contributing to the smooth and effective functionality of ODEC’s power generation assets.
