Eado Avinoam has been working in the business industry since 2002. Eado started their career at Elabit Systems Ltd. as part of the system engineering team. In 2004, they joined 888.com as an Advertising Director and Account Manager. In 2009, they became the VP Business Development at MATOMY. In 2011, they were appointed VP Marketing at BForex. In 2012, they were appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at DealPly Technologies Ltd. (An ironSource company). In 2020, they were appointed Digital & Data Lead - Aviation Unit (COVID19 task force) at the Ministry of Health Israel. Currently, they are the VP Revenue at Odeeo and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Winja, a boutique business development agency that works with global startups to large companies.
