Scott Roberts is an experienced Land Surveying Manager at Westwood Professional Services, specializing in developing and leading teams of surveying and geospatial professionals for public infrastructure and land development projects since March 2024. Concurrently, Scott serves as a lecturer in the Geomatics Engineering program at California State University, Fresno, teaching courses on municipal surveying and computer-aided mapping. Previously, Scott held various roles at O'Dell Engineering from October 2015 to February 2024, including Survey Manager and Project Manager, contributing to surveying tasks across Central California. Additional experience includes acting as a Survey Party Chief at Bedrock Engineering, a Teaching Associate at California State University, Fresno, and a Scientific Aid for the San Joaquin River Restoration Program. Scott holds a B.Sc. in Geomatics Engineering from California State University, Fresno, and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Fresno City College.
