İlhan Bolat

İlhan BOLAT has a diverse work experience. İlhan started their career at Erdoğan Kalıp in 2003 as a Mold Designer and later became a Manufacturing Specialist. İlhan worked at Farba - Automotive Lighting Systems as a Process Engineer from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are working at odolo Türkiye, where they started as a Process Engineering Specialist in 2019 and has recently been promoted to Chief Process Engineer.

İlhan BOLAT earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Gazi University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received a certification in FMEA from BSI Group ANZ Pty Ltd. The same year, they also obtained a personal development certification from Bemar Kariyer Okulu. In 2014, they earned a foreign language certificate from Amerikan Kültür Yabancı Dil Kursları-Kızılay Şubesi. In 2016, they obtained certifications in APQP and PPAP from BSI Group ANZ Pty Ltd.
