Omer Bekman has a diverse background in occupational safety and engineering. Omer held the position of Occupational Health and Safety Manager at Beyçelik Gestamp from 2015 to 2020 and worked as a Health and Safety Consultant at MARTUR FOMPAK International from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Omer serves as the Occupational Safety and Environment Chief at odelo Türkiye. Omer completed a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering at Uludağ University in 2023, along with bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Mining Engineering from Anadolu University and Selçuk University, respectively.
