Michael Monroe

Michael Monroe has a diverse work experience. Michael started working at JAC Products in 2012, where they held multiple roles including Manufacturing Engineer Intern, Manufacturing Engineer, Business Unit Leader, and Program Manager. As the Business Unit Leader, they led the operational activities of an Assembly unit in JAC's Saline manufacturing plant, managing a team of engineers, supervisors, material planners, and customer service coordinators. Michael supported the full product life cycle for brands like Toyota, Honda, Subaru, and Nissan. In 2017, they joined Oden Technologies as a Principal Customer Success Manager, and later became the Director of Product in 2021.

Michael Monroe earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2012. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they obtained in 2017.
