Alex Miler

Alex Miler is currently serving as Group General Counsel at Odevo since February 2024. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Trustly from June 2022 to February 2024, where responsibilities included oversight of the legal function as part of the EMEA management team. Between August 2018 and June 2022, Alex worked as Senior Legal Counsel focusing on M&A, corporate governance, strategic partnerships, and digital ventures at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Previous experience includes serving as an Advokat at Advokatfirman Vinge KB, where Alex specialized in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Investments from June 2010 to July 2018. Additionally, Alex held a position as a Foreign Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from October 2015 to October 2016 and briefly worked as General Counsel at FSN Capital Partners during a secondment from November 2013 to June 2014. Early legal training includes a Summer Trainee position at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. in June 2009. Alex holds an LL.M. in Law from The University of Hong Kong and a degree from Lund University.
