Marina Wels

Marina Wels is a legal professional with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Helsinki and is currently pursuing further studies at KU Leuven. Wels has experience as an Associate Trainee at several firms, including White & Case LLP and Asianajotoimisto Honkanen & Piispanen. A tenure as an Interpreter at Vantaan Tulkkikeskus Oy provided valuable linguistic skills, while legal assistant work at Honkanen & Co Oy contributed to foundational legal knowledge. Currently serving as a Legal and Compliance Officer (secondee) at Odevo, Wels has also completed a Master's Thesis on data sharing under European data regulation, focusing on its implications within EU competition policy.
