Adam Gates

Adam Gates is a seasoned professional in the re/insurance sector, serving as Partner and Head of Insurance at Odgers Interim since July 2016. In this role, Adam specializes in addressing capability and capacity challenges by recruiting interim executives to fill leadership gaps during periods of transformation. Simultaneously, Adam leads Odgers Connect, which facilitates connections between top independent consultants and prominent projects globally. Prior experience includes a directorship at eg.1, an executive search firm, and consultancy at Hudson Highland Group. Adam's earlier career also featured a stint as a rugby player with various teams from 2002 to 2012. An alumnus of Cardiff Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science, Adam completed education at the Royal Grammar School High Wycombe.
