Prior to this role, Zoe was a Senior Interim Consultant at Langley Search & Selection, focusing on senior-level appointments in commercial and transformation roles. Zoe's career began as a Principal Consultant at Badenoch & Clark, where recruitment spanned procurement and supply chain positions in Northern England, along with previous roles in marketing and IT recruitment. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Sport and Psychology from the University of Winchester.
