Benoît DERIVAUX

Benoît Derivaux is currently the Head of the Agent Efficiency Practice Team and a Senior Project Manager at Odigo, where they focus on delivering omnichannel solutions to enhance customer experiences across various sectors. They previously held positions at Capgemini, Prosodie, and Simoco Wireless Solutions, managing projects and developing software for telecommunications and client relationship management. Benoît began their career as an Ingénieur Etudes et Développements at Air Liquide Welding and AUSY, specializing in electronic systems and software development. They hold a Diplôme d'ingénieur in electrical engineering and communications from ESIGELEC and continue their education at IUT de Rouen.
