Damien C. has extensive experience in project management and software engineering within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Chef de projet senior at Odigo since June 2016, Damien specializes in the evolution and migration of Contact Center solutions (CCaaS). Previously, as a Delivery Manager, Damien successfully managed project builds and operations, significantly enhancing turnover and customer satisfaction. With a background as an Application Engineer, Damien focused on designing innovative solutions for banking clients. Prior to Odigo, Damien gained valuable experience in software development as an apprentice engineer at SIC Marking Group, a co-project leader at Rainmaker24, and a web developer at blue-infinity. Damien holds an engineering degree from CPE Lyon and a DUT in computer science from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
