David Mason is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Service and Operations for the UK and Ireland at Odigo since May 2021. Previously, David held positions at Sabio, including Head of Service Management and Global Service Delivery Manager, from September 2016 to May 2021, and took a career break to travel prior to that. David's earlier experience includes serving as a Principal Call Recording and Workforce Optimization Specialist at Vodafone from July 2010 to November 2015, where responsibilities expanded to include product suite growth, as well as working as a Project Office Engineer at Verint from October 2005 to November 2010, and a Systems Engineer at DAT from April 2000 to January 2001.
