Ludovic CORNEC has extensive experience in product ownership and project management within the communication solutions sector, particularly for call centers. Since January 2019, Ludovic has served as Global Product Owner for the 'ODIGO Contact Center' product at Odigo, overseeing multichannel communication solutions for call centers with capacities of up to 12,000 agents. Prior to this role, Ludovic spent nearly two decades at Prosodie-Capgemini, where responsibilities included serving as Global Product Owner, leading product development for the same ODIGO Contact Center system with a focus on 8,000 agents, and managing various projects related to virtual call center solutions. Ludovic’s educational background includes a Degree in Telecom and Radar from Ecole Polytechniques de Nantes, earned between 1995 and 1998.
