Eric Horsman is currently the VP of Solutions Engineering at Odigos, where they focus on utilizing eBPF and OpenTelemetry to enhance observability through efficient distributed tracing. With over 22 years of experience in managing practices, sales engineering, and performance monitoring, they have held key roles at several companies, including Director of Field Technical Sales at Compuware and Vice President of Sales Engineering at Dynatrace. Prior to joining Odigos, Eric was the Sr. Director of Sales Engineering at Turbonomic and contributed to various roles in different organizations, honing expertise in automation, capacity, and security.
