ODIN is a design studio with a proven track record, initiated on the shop floor of the construction industry. We have over 25 years of experience in construction, working on a geographically diverse range of projects. This gives us a truly unique overview of our clients vision, aiding in providing truly one off luxury builds! Having previous experience with builds ranging from 1 bed apartments all the way up to 20,000ft2 homes and 40 bedroom boutique hotels.
We provide a full service from conceptual design to construction documents and building permits, along with 3D modelling, real life rendered animations and stills. We also offer fixture and finishing specification, sourcing and supply services, eliminating the hassle of multiple showroom visits and sample testing. We have great working relationships with some leading manufactures in their fields and can provide a truly hand tailored service with bespoke items where required!
