John Sourial, PE, CQE, CCQM, QSD, QISP, currently serves as the Corporate Quality Control Officer at Odin since September 2025. Prior to this role, John held various leadership positions at ETIC from October 2018 to August 2025, including Director and Senior Project Manager. John's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Engineering/Remediation Resources Group, Inc. as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer from April 2005 to September 2018. Earlier in John's career, John worked as an Environmental Engineer at Horsley Witten Group, Inc. from June 2000 to April 2005. Academically, John earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental from Carleton University (1996-2000) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stetson University (1991-1994), with initial studies at CEGEP - Champlain in 1990-1991.
