Romy Rietdijk

Romy Rietdijk has diverse experience in recruitment and support roles, primarily within the healthcare and social services sectors. Beginning as a Flexwerker and Persoonlijk Begeleider at Stichting Odion, Rietdijk focused on coaching and motivating young individuals with (mild) intellectual disabilities. Subsequent positions included activities coordinator at Heliomare, commercial inside sales at All Office Kuipers, and various management roles at SOS International, where leadership was provided to teams across multiple projects. Rietdijk's expertise in matching candidates with suitable positions has been further developed at Maandag® and currently at Odion as a recruiter, where a focus on connecting enthusiastic candidates with diverse roles is central. Additionally, Rietdijk has acquired skills in business development through work with The Preferred Supplier and recruitment specialization in business processes with SENSE Recruitment.
