Tom Sparke

Tom Sparke is a marine conservation specialist with extensive experience in navigating coral reefs and establishing complex partnerships across NGOs, philanthropic foundations, and the private sector. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography and a Master of Science in Tropical Coastal Management. Currently, Tom serves as Head of Impact at ODISEA and Chief Operating Officer at Natural Capital Reserve, where they integrate global science partnerships and oversee expedition operations. Previously, they directed conservation and media efforts at Ocean Blue Tree and contributed as a research assistant for various marine conservation projects.
