Odisha Cleantech Association (OCA) is a collective of cleantech professionals, entrepreneurs, engineers, researchers, and practitioners dedicated to advancing sustainable growth across the state. Formed to strengthen the voice of Odisha’s clean-energy and circular-economy ecosystem, OCA brings together expertise from renewable energy, sustainable materials, waste management, electric mobility, water and environmental technologies.

OCA works to safeguard the interests of the cleantech industry while fostering meaningful engagement with government departments, industry bodies, academic institutions, and global organisations. The Association serves as a collaborative bridge—supporting policy dialogue, enabling high-quality pilot projects, encouraging responsible industry practices, and promoting knowledge exchange.

Grounded in transparency, accountability, and integrity, OCA is committed to building a resilient and future-ready cleantech ecosystem for Odisha. Through partnerships, capacity building, and member-led initiatives, we aim to contribute to a cleaner environment, stronger industries, and sustainable progress for communities across the state.
