OSC was founded in 1991 by Randy O’Donnell and Trey Snider, industry peers who created a construction firm focused on customer service, quality and respect. Today our values remain the same. Our firm has grown steadily, increasing our staff, market sectors served, and our geographic reach, to align with our customer’s needs.
