Marc Paskell has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Marc started their career as a Web Developer at The Software Practice in 2001 and worked there until 2003. Following that, they joined Cambridge University Press and held various positions, including Computer Operator, Web Systems Developer, Developer - Web Services, Web Development Manager, Platform Delivery Manager, and finally Head of Platform Solutions. In their role as Head of Platform Solutions, Marc led the Solutions and Architecture function for Academic Digital Products, provided technical direction and advice to senior stakeholders, and performed technical due diligence on potential technology acquisitions. Marc also conducted research on technology trends and market drivers to influence strategies and roadmaps. In 2016, Marc joined Odro as a Lead Solutions Architect, and in 2018, they moved to Arm as a Solutions Architect, where they designed innovative and scalable solutions and contributed to the architecture community of practice.
