Michael Cox is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of managerial and leadership experience. Currently, they serve as the Principal at Odyssey Consulting and a Senior Sales Consultant and Trainer at Innovara, where they provide customized training programs in various areas, including sales and leadership. Previously, they held the position of Regional Business Director at Pfizer, where they were responsible for hiring and training over 100 sales professionals. Michael also serves as a faculty member at the American Management Association and holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University.
