Mathilde Pasquier

Mathilde Pasquier is a seasoned professional in operations and logistics, currently serving as Responsable des opérations at Oé since November 2021. In this role, Mathilde manages purchasing, production, order preparation within a zero-waste logistics framework, and oversees stock management and the reuse of wine bottles. Prior to this, Mathilde worked at Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France from 2016 to 2021, holding positions that included Stock Manager and Pilote de flux, where responsibilities included stock management, optimization of supply flows, and training teams on logistics software. Mathilde also has experience in international solidarity projects, having served as Responsable des comptes et de la Relation Donateur for Missions Etrangères de Paris in Cambodia. With a strong academic background in logistics from NEOMA Business School and additional training in B Corp certification, Mathilde is skilled in sustainability and operational efficiency.
