Ygor Cezar

Ygor Cezar is the Head of IT at Odebrecht Engenharia & Construção, where they lead a team of approximately 100 people and oversee the delivery of IT services across more than 10 countries. With over 10 years of experience in IT management, Ygor has successfully implemented various innovation and cost-reduction projects, including compliance with Brazil's LGPD and the development of machine learning initiatives. Previously, Ygor held various leadership roles at Odebrecht, BRK Ambiental, and other organizations, focusing on systems integration, infrastructure management, and digital transformation. Ygor earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal da Bahia, an Executive MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and completed an xBA in Business Administration at Nova School of Business and Economics.
