Barry Scheffelmair has over 25 years of experience in technical support and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst II at Oakville Enterprises since July 2015, Barry provides 1st and 2nd level technical support and is a Service-Now Administrator. Previously, as a Senior Technical Analyst at The Coca-Cola Company from 1999 to 2014, Barry led voice services for Canadian business units, managing order placements and voice circuit inventory. Barry holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
