Mary Caputi is an experienced executive with a strong background in business development and operations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Chief of Staff at OEC since August 2015, Mary has held various leadership roles within the company, including Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer of Infrastructure Services, and Vice President of Innovation and Growth. Prior to OEC, Mary worked at Oakville Hydro as Corporate Controller, Director of Business Planning and Regulatory Affairs from February 2002 to August 2016, and held the position of Corporate Controller at Oxford Properties Group from 1999 to 2002. Mary holds a degree in Mathematics/Accounting from the University of Waterloo, earned between 1991 and 1995.
