Rob Lister is an accomplished leader in the energy sector, currently serving as President and CEO of OEC since April 2010. Lister has held numerous significant positions throughout a diverse career in the energy industry, including Vice President of Utility Operations at Horizon Utilities Corporation and General Manager at OZZ Energy Solutions. Lister's extensive involvement in various boards, such as the Ontario Energy Association and Electricity Canada, along with designations such as the 2018 Leader of the Year by Electricity Human Resources Canada and 2023 Leader of the Year by the Ontario Energy Association, reflects a strong commitment to the energy community. Lister holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering and Management in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University.
