Senior Policy Advisor And Programme Manager (external Expert)

Alberto Costa has extensive experience in international development and public administration reform, currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor and programme manager at the OECD from May 2019, focusing on governance and anti-corruption in Tunisia. Previously, from January 2014 to May 2019, Costa held the position of Programme Manager and policy officer at the European Commission, contributing to public administration and economic governance strategies for IPA and ENI countries. Earlier roles included Senior Consultant at ERVET, where innovative projects on sustainable tourism were developed in Montenegro and Serbia, and Country Manager for the South East Europe Network Programme at Oxfam Italia, enhancing cooperation in the Balkan region. Costa's career also encompasses project management in international relations at Formez and advisory roles on European community programmes at Greco & Partners. Costa holds a Post University Degree in European Policies and Programmes from the Italian Institute for International Organization and a University Degree in Public Law and Political Economy from Università degli Studi di Genova.
