Andra Larin

Andra Larin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international business and public sector reform. As the Group CEO and Founder of Priolaunch since 2007, Andra specializes in designing strategies for internationalization, supporting businesses in Germany with various operational challenges, and cross-border tax planning. Additionally, Andra serves as an Independent Expert for the OECD's SIGMA programme, providing expertise in public governance and financial control across several countries. As a co-founder of getPegasus, Andra is involved in developing software solutions for accelerators and incubators. Previous experience includes leadership roles at EY and Bolt, as well as consulting and management positions at PwC and Business Models Inc. Andra holds a Master of Laws in European Tax Law from Leiden University, along with professional qualifications from ACCA and degrees in Business Administration and Social Sciences from TalTech.
