Andrea Guerrini

Andrea Guerrini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory and management roles within energy and environmental sectors. Currently serving as a member of the College at ARERA since August 2018, Guerrini also holds a position on the Bureau of the Network of Economic Regulators at OECD since January 2022 and has been the President of WAREG since September 2018. Additionally, Guerrini has been an Associate Professor and Researcher at Università degli Studi di Verona since 2008 and was the President of the Management Council at ASA Azienda Servizi Ambientali from December 2016 to August 2018. Through co-founding WaMaTeRC, Guerrini has contributed to studies focused on performance management and economic regulation for water service authorities. An academic background includes a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Università di Pisa, coupled with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Public Services.
