Andreas Obser

Andreas Obser is an Independent Senior Advisor and Evaluator, currently serving as a Fellow of the Potsdam Centre for Policy and Management (PCPM). They have extensive experience, including advisory roles with the European Commission and the Austrian Development Agency, where they focus on evaluation methodologies and strategic advice in international development. Obser has held significant academic positions, such as Assistant Professor at Universität Potsdam, and has collaborated with global organizations in various regions, including ASEAN and South Asia. They continue to engage in impactful projects, enhancing governance and policy evaluation across multiple sectors.
