Andrzej Stępnikowski

Andrzej Stępnikowski, PhD, is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Project Manager for Mazovian StartUPolis at Łukasiewicz - Instytut Technologii Eksploatacji. They are also a member of the OECD Group of National Experts on Vocational Education and Training, actively participating in meetings and consultations since 2019. Previously, Andrzej held the position of Deputy Director at Związek Rzemiosła Polskiego from 2006 to 2020 and served on the Managing Board of Cedefop, where they contributed to the development of European educational policies over a decade. Andrzej earned multiple degrees, including a doctorate in education from Akademia Pedagogiki Specjalnej in 2019.
