Betsy Weber has extensive experience in management consulting and nonprofit leadership. Currently a member of the Board of Directors for Aid Afghanistan since June 2012, Weber supports educational initiatives for women and girls in Afghanistan. Since 2005, participation in the OECD's Task Force on Women's Entrepreneurship Initiative has involved promoting and developing entrepreneurship programs for women across 18 Middle East and North African countries. In addition, Weber has been a Director at Edge Development Group, Inc. since 1984 and served as President of the National Executive Service Corps from January 2006 to April 2014, focusing on strengthening nonprofit management in the New York tri-state area. As a co-founder and director of Middle East Management Services, Inc. from 1975 to 1982, Weber contributed to international management consulting. Betsy Weber holds a BA in Chemistry from Wheaton College, obtained between 1956 and 1960.
