Bridget Donovan

Bridget Donovan is a dedicated Junior Policy Analyst at the OECD Rural Policy Unit, specializing in policy analysis and advice related to the OECD Mining Regions and Cities Initiative since August 2023. Previous experience includes serving as an ESG Analyst at Sympact, where focus was on social impact solutions within Canada's mining sector and engagement with First Nations communities. Bridget also worked as a Consultant for Oxford Strategy Group, contributing to a market expansion strategy for a sustainable marine engineering company. Experience as Project Manager with 180 Degrees Consulting at The Australian National University involved leading consultancy projects, while an internship with the General Delegation of Palestine to Australia provided opportunities in research and policy advice. Additionally, Bridget founded the ANU branch of Taboo Period Products and served as a Policy Officer intern with the United Nations Association of Australia. Currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in International Development at the University of Oxford, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from The Australian National University.
