Bryan Zhang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial innovation and regulation. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) at Cambridge Judge Business School since January 2015, Bryan has dedicated efforts to researching the intersection of financial innovation with policy and infrastructure. In May 2023, Bryan co-founded Financial Innovation for Impact (Fii), an organization focused on enhancing regulatory and infrastructural frameworks in developing economies. Current roles include Non-Executive Director of the Financial Conduct Authority Board, Advisory Group Member for the International Monetary Fund, and Co-Chair of the Future of Global FinTech Initiative with the World Economic Forum. Additionally, Bryan serves on various committees, including the Bank of England's CBDC Engagement Forum and the OECD's CSMEE Steering Group, while also participating in the Dubai International Financial Centre Innovation Panel and the Bretton Woods Committee’s Future of Finance Working Group. Bryan holds degrees from both the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford.
