Policy Analyst

Caroline Mina is a Policy Analyst at the OECD within the Public Governance Directorate, focusing on the MENA-OECD Governance Programme since January 2021. Caroline's professional experience includes an internship at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in the North Africa Division, where collaboration on country management for Libya, Tunisia, and Algeria took place. Previous internships include participation in the organization of the "Young Munich Security Conference" at EuropaNova, a summer position at the Auswärtiges Amt in Germany focusing on cultural and media relations with the Maghreb and Middle East, and roles in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon and the Embassy of Lebanon. Caroline holds a Master's degree in International Security from Sciences Po and has completed an exchange year at King's College London as well as a Bachelor's degree from Sciences Po's German French European Campus.
