Carrie Exton is a Senior Counsellor and Deputy to the Director at the OECD WISE Centre, currently leading initiatives in well-being data insights and policy practice. They previously served as a Head of Section for Monitoring Well-Being and Progress at OECD from 2017 to 2020 and were involved in the OECD Young Professionals Programme focused on Measuring Well-Being and Progress from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Carrie worked as a Policy Advisor in the UK Civil Service from 2006 to 2011. They are currently pursuing a BA and a D.Phil at the University of Oxford.
