Chanel Cummings

Chanel Cummings is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, project management, and community engagement. Currently serving as an HR Officer and CI at the OECD since March 2023, Chanel supports the implementation of HR policies and manages recruitment processes. Previous roles include Co-Founder of Room 3228, where proactive conversations for young people are facilitated, and HR Project Management Officer at Nexans, focusing on global employee experience and partnership with AIESEC. Chanel has also held key positions at AIESEC, enhancing member recruitment and retention, and has experience in childcare and sales. Chanel holds two Master's degrees in Development Economics and International Development from Université Gustave Eiffel and Université Paris-Est Créteil, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Baruch College.
