Charles B. is a Senior Policy Analyst specializing in Anticorruption and Integrity at the OECD-OCDE, with extensive experience in policy analysis and risk governance. Since April 2012, Charles has served in various roles, including Advisor in the Director's Office and as a Risk Governance Expert within the OECD High-Level Risk Forum, overseeing critical infrastructure resilience and peer-reviews of risk management policies. Prior to this, Charles worked at the World Meteorological Organization as a Disaster Risk Reduction Specialist, managing regional projects and contributing to post-disaster assistance efforts.
