Policy Analyst – Gender Equality And Women’s Empowerment

Cibele Cesca is a seasoned policy analyst with extensive experience in gender equality, effective development cooperation, civic space, and grants management. Currently at the OECD since September 2014, Cibele focuses on research and analysis related to international development financing for gender equality and women's empowerment while co-authoring global progress reports in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program. Previous roles include finance manager and fundraiser at EURODAD, project coordinator at ABN AMRO Bank, and various leadership positions at AIESEC. Cibele holds an MBA in Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, a Master's in International Development from the University of Amsterdam, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
