Clodagh Power is the Head of the IFCMA Unit and Senior Advisor in the Office of the OECD Secretary-General, currently based in Paris. With over a decade of experience, Clodagh has specialized in analyzing public finance, international trade, and environmental issues. Previously, Clodagh worked at Arthur Cox solicitors in New York and Dublin, and served as a Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament. Clodagh holds an LLM in Environmental Law and Policy from University College London and completed the International Comparative Tax Policy and Administration program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School.
