Colette Morris serves as the Head of Strategic Management and Coordination at OECD-OCDE since May 2017, providing strategic corporate advice and overseeing core projects. Prior to this role, Colette was at HM Treasury as a Senior Counsellor and then as Counsellor to the Chief of Staff, leading initiatives in sanctions and counter-terrorist financing policy. Colette has extensive experience in high-level government roles, including heading the UK Sherpa Unit to the G7/G20 at the Cabinet Office, directing trade policy at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and serving as a Trade Policy Advisor. Colette holds multiple certificates, including from The Wharton School in 2020 and The London School of Economics in 2011, and received an education in History and Sociology from the University of Warwick and Università degli Studi di Verona.
