Damir Cimer

Damir Cimer serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Consultant at Scribestar since March 2020, and concurrently holds an advisory role at Cosmonauts since November 2023, facilitating connections in various technology sectors. As a Co-Founder of Global Tech Connect, this individual promotes access for global tech entrepreneurs to the UK market. Cimer has a long-standing consultancy role with the OECD on Public Private Partnerships and concessions since January 2008, contributing to infrastructure development across multiple countries. In addition to mentoring at LawtechUK, Cimer leads the Board of Directors at the British Croatian Chamber of Commerce, fostering bilateral trade and innovation. Previous experience includes advisory positions at the EBRD and the Government of the Republic of Croatia, focusing on structural reforms and public sector efficiency. Cimer holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Zagreb.
