Damon Allen

Damon Allen serves as the Head of Sales at the OECD - OCDE since April 2005, leading a global sales team focused on the licensing, promotion, and development of OECD publications and digital services, particularly the OECD iLibrary. Prior to this role, Damon held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager, achieving significant revenue growth in Central and Eastern Europe while successfully transitioning subscribers from print to online products. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Public Relations Officer at the German Consumer Federation (VZBV), an Online Editor at Wcities, and a Researcher at Time Code TV Productions. Educational background includes a Master's degree in European Studies from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, as well as studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, University of Bath, and a Bachelor of Arts in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds.
