David Goessmann

David Goessmann is currently the acting Head of Unit at the OECD Open Governance Unit, where they lead a team focusing on open government and citizen participation. With over 12 years of experience as a senior policy analyst, they have partnered with governments and civil society globally to enhance transparency and accountability. David holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva, and they are fluent in multiple languages including German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. Their previous roles include policy analyst positions at the OECD and diplomatic traineeships in Germany and Peru.
