David J.

David J. has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and network management, currently serving as the Head of Cloud Management Infrastructure Unit at the OECD - OCDE since April 2012. Prior roles include Network Engineer, with a focus on voice networks and infrastructure design, and Network & Unix Administrator at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre, where responsibilities included Unix/Linux system administration and network support. David J. has also held project management and network administration positions at EDNON, overseeing a team in the Galician Health Care System, and has experience as a Network Operator for Unisys through both Elan IT and Manpower. David J. holds a Technical Engineering degree in Telecommunications, an MDTIC in Business Administration for ICT Companies, and a degree in Applied Mathematics from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
