Ece Ozcelik is a Health Policy Analyst at the OECD - OCDE since October 2020, with a robust background in global health and population studies. Previous experience includes roles as a Junior Professional Associate and Short Term Consultant at the World Bank from August 2012 to May 2015, as well as a Research Assistant at the German Marshall Fund of the United States from November 2011 to August 2012. Ece holds a Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) in Global Health and Population from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, completed in 2020, and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Middle East Studies and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), obtained in 2011. Ece also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Political Sciences from Sabanci University in 2008 and participated in an Arabic Summer Program at the American University of Beirut in 2010.
