Emma Phillips is a seasoned policy analyst with extensive experience at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD - OCDE) since August 2019, where roles have included consultant and trainee. Prior to this, Emma operated as a freelance translator from September 2018 to July 2019 and served as a research assistant at IRIS - Institut de relations internationales et stratégiques from April 2018 to September 2018. A research internship was completed at the Observer Research Foundation in July 2016. Emma holds a Master of Science in Conflict Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), attained in 2019, as well as a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Human Social and Political Sciences with a focus on Politics and International Relations from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2017.
