Fiona May

Fiona May is an experienced professional currently serving as an Adviser at the OECD - OCDE, focusing on digital transformation, crypto assets, HR and AI, emerging risks, gender issues, and rule as code since September 2023. Prior to this role, Fiona held positions at HM Treasury as a Senior Sanctions Adviser and Policy Adviser, where responsibilities included international engagement on oil price caps and contributing to VAT and excise policies amid EU exit negotiations. Additional experience includes serving as a Transfer Pricing Specialist and Tax Specialist at HM Revenue & Customs, with a focus on permanent establishments, global mobility policy, and completing a rigorous tax professional program. Fiona's early involvement in leadership and community engagement is highlighted through roles such as Chairperson of the TCD Central Societies Committee and participation in the US Embassy Young Leaders Council.
